I published a post titled the Crash of N953CD in November of 2008. In November/December of 2009, Cirrus Pilot published a great article titled "Visualizing a CAPS Pull" by Rick Beach. The article used data from the computers on board my former aircraft to create a visual simulation of the events leading up to the crash. The article was very well done and enclosed below.

- James C. Turpen has an entrepreneurial spirit. This spirit has lead me to several business adventures. I purchased part of InSite Properties, Inc. in early of 2002. InSite was a 3rd party real estate service provider offering property management, leasing, construction coordination, brokerage and consulting services to owners of healthcare properties. In mid 2004, I sold InSite to Broe Real Estate Services and remained with the company as the CEO. During my tenure with InSite, I closed over $100m of healthcare specific real estate transactions, over 700 physician tenant leases and approximately $50m of tenant improvement construction coordination projects. InSite marked the acquisition and disposition of my first company before my 30th birthday. Shortly after leaving InSite, I joined Aardex LLC to develope real estate. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found Sky Shares in mid-2007. Sky Shares provides an option to own a portion of an aircraft without the hassle traditionally associated with partners, ownership and maintenance. In early 2009, I found myself back with Marc F. Holmes and Jorgina K. Rumley creating Centum Health Properties. The adventure continues.
